The in person 1 hour analytical test was difficult. I found the written part and presentation easy enough, but the excel analysis difficult.

The analytic test covers questions regarding Uber's statistic and real-life scenario: what day is the busiest, how much would a driver earn in first year after switching to more 'elite' service with a new car; and also questions about social and operational readiness: how would you write a letter to drivers in case of something happening, etc. So not everything is about numbers. Very awesome.
Please explain how you would investigate a decline in trips per month.
What would you do if a competitor came into play that undercuts Uber's paysplit with the drivers? Uber's is hypothetically 80/20, theirs is 90/10.
Uber drops you into a new city, what do you do?
How would you supply a new product in a launch city?
There are some questions of great difficulty which are more about understanding them and getting some inspiration on how to approach them and less about the difficulty itself of solving them.
