The questions are based on customer experience and how well you work around customers and around employees. No questions will be based on the position you are applying for. What corporate/HR won't tell you that "audition" or in better term pre-screening are judged based on how you look, how well you communicate, and if you fit in the company. After the "audition" your 2nd interview will be based on your resume and experience.
