Do you have any experience with gauges?
The interview consisted of the owner firing off questions, rarely listening to answers except when he wanted to tell the interviewee he/she was wrong, not listening, speaking over the person - even going so far as to tell the prospective candidate he/she was "an embarrassment". I heard this second hand from someone who had applied there recently. I was appalled that such behavior was acceptable in the workplace. What surprised me even more was the owner still offered a position to the person. I ask anyone, "Why would you want to work for someone who is so blatantly disrespectful?" Why would a prospective employer behave in such a manner? I would like to think that the owner was merely having a bad day, but I've seen similar reviews on other websites for this employer. The interview took 1.5 hour. 90 minutes of abuse from a stranger. All the time, the candidate sat listening and trying to be professional. Personally, I would have left 20 minutes into the interview. So, if you like verbal abuse, call M & S Machining; the owner there will be more than happy to assist you. Good luck finding a decent candidate M & S Machining.
