I did not have a lot of direct experience in road maintenance. I had never worked on asphalt but if you can show that skills you do have or that you are dependable or bring a letter of reference to show you have what it takes. Or especially if you can bring a CDL license or even a permit it can set you apart from other candidates and get you a job.
Are you comfortable lifting heavy objects? Are you able to wake up early in the morning? What are you current time constraints? Do you have transportation?
