They'll ask questions you don't know so don't be afraid to ask for more details or ask questions. This is a behavior they're looking for, don't act like you know it if you don't 100% know it. Why Southwest? What are your strengths? What motivates you? Where they wanted to start a new route from Dallas to another city but they did not have any information on the market. They wanted to know what information I would try to find so that they can price tickets for this route appropriately.
