No extremely difficult questions, some behavioral based questions and the usual strengths/weaknesses
Varies across departments. But overall, the interviewers are extremely nice and not out to get you. Having interviewed before at Mckinsey, I would say that difficulty level of the compentency questions are similair to Mckinseys.
