Nothing unusual. Asked about your knowledge of tourism in Singapore, problems you encountered and how you solved it, etc.
Expect lots of questions of how you can contribute to the organization and what you know of tourism in Singapore. Don't focus on just one aspect of tourism, try to have a comprehensive understanding. If you have overseas experience e.g. exchange programme, they may ask quite a bit about your experience there. Try to link it back to how it will help you as a candidate instead of just sharing your stories. Also some situational questions to test your management of priorities and ability to perform under pressure.
