They asked a series of behavioral questions that were included on a form. Each interview lasted 30-45 minutes, and was a series of "tell me about a time when..." type questions. Some of the questions posed by the Head Coach and General Manager were very similar, and I tried to provide different examples. Be prepared with 8-10 STAR/SOARL stories, at least. They also administer the Predictive Index survey a day prior to the interviews and they administer the Wonderlic test onsite between interviews.
