The most unexpected question was when she asked me "Why the insurance industry?"
Why should I hire you? Are you comfortable with working long hours, and having a schedule that is not always a 9-5? Are you planning on attending graduate school? What other companies have you applied to? Were they big companies like Geico? Why insurance? Why Geico? Why did you choose your majors, and how do you think they fit in with the position you're applying to? They asked a lot of questions about leadership experience as well
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
What would you do to motivate your employees? What if your employee was slacking after multiple warnings?
They ask about which business segment you are most interested in. Make sure to have a first and second choice. Also be able to explain why you are interested in that business segment.
