The manager asked those typical questions you could think of in a behavioral interview such as "Tell me your greatest achievement" or something like "Tell me a conflict you had in your life and how you dealt with it.". The difficult part is that the manager asked for a very specified example and the details on how you did it, very detailed that you will have to take time to recall it.
