What's your salary expectations?
Well in my second interview, they didn't read my resume and asked me to basically run through all of it for him.
Asked for an explanation, keep it short, walking through background, each job, context, why I took it, why I left, what were main duties. Basic stuff. No follow up or probing questions at all.
Scheduling, reliability, experience, stomach for blood etc
Questions were focused on how you would handle a given challenge that the company/department was currently facing.
