I had to rate myself on different subjects from 1-10. If I did not give myself a "10" I would have to explain why I did not give myself a higher rating. Two of the subjects were "attitude" and "sales ability"

None where very difficult. Just know your skill set and how it can transfer into sales.
Questions during the interviews were dependent on your resume, delving further into experiences and lessons learned from there.
What kind of things have you used Excel for? Are you familiar with pivot tables?
Do you think you would fit in... or something equivalent, because they have a very hyper-energetic office culture, and not everyone would be comfortable with.
