1. The first interview focuses on my educational experience and learning skills, and personal understanding of the Exchange. 2. The second interview gave some actual problem to the group to be discussed and come up with some solutions in half an hour. Afterwards there was a small presentation with two problems you might encounter in the work, and asked you to present your way to slove them
General HR and Technical questions, asked about previous work ex, about education why MBA and how would you use MBA and other skills on this job.Group discussion followed by two interviews. All interviews were conducted by panel. One interview was functional other was HR. Questions were quiet detailed. Though it was tough, the manner in which it was conducted was cool.
