It was more like a discussion about my prior work experience / assignments. Spent ALL time discussing what I did in my previous organizations what exactly my contribution was. Would have been better if same time we've had discussed about the my approach or understanding about the business. No technical question was asked (from six sigma point of view). Some basic questions were asked i.e., why I am looking for a job and what profile exactly I am looking for. I wasn't expecting this.

First 5 questions were asked by Sr. Director quality and remaining by director operations. 1) Tell me something about yourself 2) Take me through a project you've completed 3) What do you understand about RPA and how can you assess / measure R-Factor? 4) What are different kind of control charts 5) What is the difference between "C" chart and "P" chart & what test we perform in case of discrete data 6) What is the difference between R-Square and R-Square (adjusted) - Director Operations 7) Why R. sq is biased, where that biasness comes from; what contributes it? 8) How confident are you and what would be your approach (when comes to understanding the process)?
