During the trainer interview, the questions were largely focused on understanding my background and previous experience. It was less about technical grilling and more about exploring my approach to leadership coaching, how I handle different learning styles, and how I adapt to challenges that leaders typically face. The interviewers were keen to understand my past experiences in similar roles, my strengths as a coach, and how I design personalized learning paths for individuals. Overall, it felt like they were trying to see how well my philosophy aligned with Kapable's mission, making the process both reflective and engaging.
