Interview was more a discussion where I just talked about my background, and answered more detailed about how I accomplished various job functions. I had the opportunity to ask questions in return as well. No stuffy questions given. Everyone was positive and very easy to talk to. Great company environment.
How quick are you to adjust to changing objectives?
We are launching a new product but we do not have the necessary license to do so and we do not have time to obtain it. The external counsel has advised us that there is a remote risk that launching such a product without a license may lead to the criminal liability of executives. What would you advise? You are the decision-maker.
Consider two companies, one with 2x leverage, x amount of cash flow, x amount of EBITDA, vs another company with 4x leverage, other metrics for cash flow and EBITDA. How would you evaluate the risk of taking either as a client?
It was a good interview. The department I was interviewing for, wasn't into canned interview questions. Ex: where do you see yourself in 5 years or what would you have done differently in your career in retrospect. The interview was more like we were getting to know each other to make sure both the company and I would be a good match.
