What motivates you the most?
The most stupid ridiculous questions that had very little to do with the actual responsibility of the position. The interviewer was not professional in any sense of the word.
Whats your future goal for 5 years
I was asked and and responded to two questions by email: 1) How much notice did I need to give to my current employer; and 2) my salary requirements. I received a prompt response that my salary requirements were too high for the position.
