Opinion on effective people practices. Career aspiration and my expectations from the role. A few more questions which mostly focussed on evaluating my potential for the new position. What I admired the most was the detailed conversation emphasizing what I could do instead of what I have already done.

90% of their questions start with "Give me an example of time when you handled... " I did not always have a good or complete answer as I had not encountered some of the types of situations they were asking for in my previous experience with a much smaller company.
They asked me about my experience, projects I’ve been involved in, motivations, etc.
