Asked around past experience, tried to tick off boxes, didn't go super in-dept. Wasn't a hard interview, but the Founder in particular was rambling a bit and made some interesting statements in regards to DE&I.

Spoke to me on the phone in April to ask about my background and how did I know the person who worked there to recommend me. Most questions were based on my background. Spoke to me again in August to let me know I was still in the running to come in and they would set up an in person interview. Called me again in September but couldn't remember why or when they spoke to me and then I didn't hear anything after that.
