Questions pertained to my previous HR experience. Typical HR Manager questions. Overall, I was provided feedback that I did not have distribution experience their number one thing that they were seeking. I had years of HR Manager experience. So I wasted 9 hours interviewing and doing assessments when I never had their number one want of distribution experience and I was recruited for this role. I feel it was an unnecessary waste of my time.

I was asked about current salary, which is expected. I asked what the salary for the position was, as it wasn’t posted, and was told sky was the limit, but never given a specific dollar amount.
If there are 2 employees, 1 is achieving targets but does not follow timing, and rules and the 2nd one is following rules, and timing but does not achieve targets. which one will you choose?
