Was I a team player? They talked a lot about their extra-curricular activities like touch football, softball, and contributing time to local non-profits. The people conducting the interviews appeared confident in their roles, but edgy in I asked pointed questions about the company focus on placing job applicants. Would I want to grow with the organization? They would tour you around six areas that had employees on the phones with applicants, software designers, HR, the break rooms, reception area, and executive offices. It was beautifully staged, almost like a tour of the United Nations.
