First they asked about why PwC, why this service line, what do you think you'll be doing in the first year, what do you know about the qualification you'll be doing, a recent business news and how PwC can help. The rest of the questions are all competency based. I got asked one questions for each of the five competency areas on their website.
Basic behavioral questions. Emphasis on conversation and the portion of the interview where the interviewee asks questions.
Vragen bij het eerste gesprek (op de selectiedag): eerder algemene vragen, CV overlopen, wordt vooral gepolst naar eerdere ervaringen (groepswerken, problemen oplossen, iets waar je fier op bent, ...). Er werden ook wat technische vragen gesteld, maar dit was eerder beperkt (vb. wat denk jij dat de grootste uitdagingen / risico's zijn voor de bankensector). Gesprek was in het Engels en Nederlands, enkele korte vragen in het Frans om talenkennis te polsen.
