During the pre-recorded interview, they inquired about my enthusiasm for the opportunity, my background, contributions I could make, what distinguishes me, and why I believe I'd be a good fit. This had to be conveyed in a structured video, rather than the usual dynamic conversation of an interview, and all within a tight 90-second window.
