the take home test required me to guide the customer to build a report from the company platform using RESTful API. providing code was a bonus point. Also they ask about specific information you might need from customer to guide them better through generating report they need.

Hiring Manager provided role play scenarios to developing a new product. Asked questions about my approach to requirements gathering, working with others, communicating work progress and stoppage. How I would manage an unhappy or aggressive customer.
On the day of the interview, they asked a specific question about the process upset in the fertilizer plant [my previous employer company] that had happened about 6~8 hours before the start of the interview. Since I was travelling at that time, I had not known about this upset.
Interview was based on experience and educational background.
