Questions were very general - "have you led teams before" A lot of emphasis was placed on this and it seemed that the role did not have guidance and support

They ask the typical interview questions and will ask to see if you are willing to work outside of the 9-5 hours and on weekends. If you say no, you do not go on. If you say yes, dress well, and have a pretty face, you will be asked to come in for a half day to "get a feel for the company's culture... lol
Perform at your spare time a production-grade code test and submit it to the team for review
The second or third interview question: How much do you want to make? The company does not negotiate on salary, so this question seems moot to me.
