Engineering Acumen - Validating my self awareness of my depth & breadth in tech process, implementations, more of a discussion to understand my experience & skills - challenges I have faced during my TPM experience 2. Product Acumen - worked on a case study around my product growth & engagement understanding - discussed product metrics (in breadth) - discussed Creds product goals and strategy in brief 3. Program/Process Acumen - worked on a case study on Release Train for Microservices in parallel to front end-client releases - my understanding of release-train process and program acumen 4. Hiring Manager - this was a round where I was gauged on my day-to-day functioning i.e. how I operate and make an impact - my strengths - my weaknesses & what am I doing to improve them - expectation settings **In each round, the interviewer introduced his/her role in the organisation, set expectations from the round
