Can you describe your biggest failure?
You have 2 Web Services. WS A has a series of codes it will pass to WS B which will translate the codes into sentences. The team that works with WS A thinks that they should not store the sentences on their end. The team that works with WS B also thinks they should not store the sentences on their end. What do you do to resolve this issue?
You have an array of a million integers all between 1 and 99. Sort the array in the most efficient manner.
About scaling a web app.
Cannot remember because the questions were all situational with examples so it all became a bit of a blur after a while.
what is your most difficult decision
Nothing was very difficult. I had to explain a software enhancement from inception to delivery and all the processes in between.
I was asked some pointless in-depth technical questions about diagnosing database query performance issues which I could answer but are completely irrelevant to the role of a project manager, which is what I thought this role was.
