What the most difficult challenge is at my current employer
The interview with the VP of Operations was the tougher one. I was a employed at the time as a manager in retail. She asked me my greatest weakness. Then immediately after my answer, she asked 'If I were to speak with one of your current employees, what would they say your least favorable trait would be?' The first set of questions will be about your experiences in the work place. The next questions will be about how you handles certain problems at your current or last job. For example, How would you handle two employees arguing on the sales floor?
Pretty straight forward. Just basic behavioral questions.
