Tell me about a time you had to handle a customer and the outcome or process you used was not what is typically expected.
The questions vary it’s a psychological interview… so I would think the younger or more impressionable you are the interviewer will sense that and not feel threatened and hire you … dumb down and pretend to be excited to be a trainee and I think your chances of getting hired will increase tremendously
