Why are you interested in a job in sales?
The questions in the first interview were behavioral e.g. tell me something that's not on your resume, what accomplishment are you most proud of, etc. The second interview centered more on being explained a certain concept they use then being asked why I thought things were done that way. Overall, very simple.
What can you offer to the company?
Why should I hire you? 3 things. Stated weird.
Which brand would be positively influenced by direct marketing?
They asked how much experience I had with sales and then talked up their "success stories" like one guy who made over $100k last year on commissions. Overall, I got the impression that it was pretty sketchy. They also talked about how in just a few months, I could open my own location and run my own business. Like I said, I don't think the interviewer was interested in asking me any actual questions.
If I thought I could handle the work load.
