Manager Trainee Interview Questions

Interview wasn't traditional, district manager appeared as if he had no experience conducting interviews before. Did not ask me any questions pertaining to my degree, work experience, etc., all he asked were what questions I have about job. Asked me if I had additional questions after meeting with store manager when in fact I had not yet met with store manager. Goes to show how organized and on top of things he was.

There wasn't really any unexpected questions. It was a pretty straightforward interview with a lot of questions about past work experience and knowledge of the grocery industry. Overall it was an average interview with basic questions, the interviewer was nice for the initial one. During the third interview the District Manager and Regional Manager sat in and did somewhat of a panel discussion.
