Basically, they ask you how you would advertise the platform. Then you must create a mockup of the website page. And lastly, to create an ad. That is the first stage. After that, the tasks are just getting into the series of "free consultations." "Here is what we have... if you were to start tomorrow, what would you do?" I mean, they think that there is a simple one-step solution. And I think they try to implement some ideas of all applicants. As you can read in many reviews, they just make applicants do some work, and they do not hire them. In my case, it was super weird: I got the offer and agreed to start working from home. In a couple of days, my account was set up, and I received credentials and everything. But! The day I was supposed to start, I get a message from HR that they cannot continue with my onboarding. I mean to say I was surprised is not to say anything... But again, coming back to comments on glassdoor, I should've expected a similar outcome. This is actually very sad. They just hurt the company. The product is very interesting, and there is a huge potential, but with such an approach to hiring and disrespect for people, they won't go too far.
