1. I would like you to give me a thorough self-appraisal, beginning with what you consider your strengths, assets, things you like about yourself and things you do well. The questions are very specific and situational type, like, tell me about a time when you had to deal with competing priorities, What did you do, how did you handle it?
Phone screenings covered a mixture of soft questions and questions relevant to the position at hand. Questions such as 'describe an example of what happened when you encountered a problem at work', 'describe your technical experience and competencies', etc.
