Behavior Question (Use STAR method): 1. What is the most challenging thing that you have gone through? How do you solve it? 2. Why did you choose ExxonMobil? 3. How do you work in a team? I forgot the other questions but you just need to relate to any of your experiences. Technical Question: They will provide one of the equipment in the process plant such as a distillation column, pump, heat exchanger, etc. The questions will be asked according to that equipment. 1. Describe the equipment. 2. Draw it out. 3. Case scenario for the failure of equipment.
