Why do you want to work for our company/why this position?
Not really applicable to interviews with NOV. My experience is that hiring managers are trying to tell if they like you or not. There aren't any set questions or tricky situations. They just want to know if you are down-to-earht, a hard worker, and interested in the work we do.
Tell me about a time when you didn't finish a task by the specified deadline. How did you handle this failure to finish your work on time?
Where do I see myself in five years?
If you saw an experienced worker, say who had been there for over 10 years, not wearing his/her safety glasses, what would you do?
Tell me about a time where you took something apart and couldn't get it back together again.
