Before the final interview, they wanted specifics for previous deals including company and contact names (anyone who has worked in sales knows you rarely can share that information) as well 5 years of numerical sales data including your ranking within the company, percentage to quota per month for 5 years, why you left the company, etc. During the interview, they then grill you on these numbers and don't speak at all to the actual role.

The last 20 minutes in Spanish caught me off guard.
1) starts with introduction 2) a city wise excel sheet was shared with data such as CPM,CR,CTR AND BUDGET and we had to compare and find out the best performing cities.(you had to calculate the CPA) 3) AS i was from IT , i was asked to tell the ways to cluster the sales data ,such as kmeans algorithm . I even told him my experience in R programming with seemed to be irrelevant to him.
