I don't recall the exact details, but the questions primarily focused on my previous work experience, the company culture, and how I would integrate into the organization. There were also some inquiries about my familiarity with the Jodel app, although nothing overly challenging.
For the screening interview, just general experience questions and mostly giving info about the company to ask if it was a good fit for me.
Why do you want to work here?
Could not explain what the business culture is like beyond stating that they all happily work from 8 am to 5 pm.

What are a few of your favourite brands in terms of design?
The design task had 3 very unspecific sub-tasks and was titled UX/UI Design task. However, nothing related to UX/UI position was mentioned (i.e. wireframing, site mapping, animation flow). Therefore, I completed each one as I considered more appropriate. The statements were quite confusing and it was difficult to understand exactly what they wanted.
