During each interview with a new person I was asked the same questions and it seemed that there was no communication between the different members of the marketing and HR teams. They asked me about myself, my professional experience, my experience in marketing and my knowledge of the UK market. The strangest and also discriminatory question I received was whether I would be happy even though my bosses would be female and whether working with mostly women would pose a problem for me.

3 parti: una personale (presentati, come lavori in team, come ti relazioni con il conflitto e qual è stata la situazione conflittuale più grossa della tua vita e come ne sei uscito etc.), una in merito al campo scelto (io intern marketing mi hanno fatto un analisi di un caso per testare la mia sensibilità al marketing. parte più lunga, similuazione di gestione del lancio di un tutte le sue fasi con minuzia) e l'ultima parte più quantitativa relativa a quote di mercato etc.
