They don't have any fixed pattern, they just send mail whenever they want. There is no fixed hiring process. They take 1 hour interview for any round, be it technical or with managers. Even in manager round they asked technical questions. And in 2nd manager round, they just did time-pass and asked questions out of context not related to behavioural assesment or anyway related to the profile. I had a very very very bad experience as a lot of my time was wasted which I could have utilized by applying in other firms as in the last moment after taking so many interviews in a span of 1 month they finally rejected me.

How would you describe yourself During the interview process, I was disappointed that Klook's supposed purpose of connecting people to the world of joy was not reflected. The interviewer, who was a seasoned individual, did not align with the brand's ethos and was condescending. She appeared eager to prove her own point and did not smile throughout the interview. Additionally, she mentioned that she was not feeling her best, which I considered to be unprofessional and full of excuses in order for her to act the way she did. Furthermore, the interviewer seemed to know a lot about the organization I am currently working at and spoke down to me.
