Nothing related to the job or my skills. I learned later that the guys who do the interviews try to ask what the candidates are good at and the answers into their scheme of getting people to work for them.
They call themselves a "direct marketing" company, but they really do sales. They dismissed my near decade of sales experience.
They asked me several personal questions to understand my interest in the position, my long term goal, as most of the marketing managers from the company quit due to being married etc.
