A combination of role specific questions (i.e. are you detailed-oriented, how do you handle stress/changing situations), basic interview questions (i.e. time you failed, biggest success, etc.), and broader mission/moral oriented questions (i.e. how do you exemplify X, Y, Z in your life)
No question in particular was overly difficult. One memorable question where I was asked to go into some detail was "What is the difference between good code and bad code?"
