If a business could offer you anything, what would it be?
I was asked to tell the person who gave me my second round interview 3 things that were positive about myself and 3 things that were negative about myself in a "work related aspect." This was surprisingly difficult for me because I didn't want to bash myself so as to not get a job offer when it came to the negatives. I also never really thought about what my negatives were when it came to my work habits, which gave me some ideas on where I need to improve. I was also asked to describe what the word "failure" meant to me without saying the opposite of how I would describe the word "success." Definitely made me think outside the box, which is what they are looking for.
What makes you good at sales?
Don't be fooled how they explain things. I kept asking questions they wouldn't answer until theast interview. Pay, schedule, etc. It's all commission door to door sales. No matter how they explain it. You will realize the scheme when you are out in the field. If you like soliciting in little strip malls, and being paid only if you sell what they have go for it. But I feel they tricked me and used all the right words to make it seem like an hourly office job.

The only other thing they asked me was when I walked in the first day for a fifteen minute interview was "What is your goal?" and "If you could go back five years ago and tell yourself something what would you tell yourself?"
Not at all. Explained my ethics and was hired on the spot.
