Give an example of a time you had a problem with a customer and how you solved it
You get a call from a client who has been having an ongoing issue with the platform for weeks. The team member they were working with has been unable to resolve the issue, but you resolve it in minutes. The client laments about the situation and inquires why you were able to solve in minutes what your teammate was unable to in over a week. How do you respond to this situation?
You catch a client or colleague in violation of the ToS or policies. What do you do?
The interview questions were varied. With the technical managers it was more to know my experiences in the area of customer service and customer success, how I dealt with specific cases and if I could give examples of cases that I solve in my daily work. Lastly, with the director, was to know my background and what my intentions for the future. I believe this last step was an interview to better know my profile and how I deal with problems in the workplace.
