I have an extensive background in aerospace manufacturing and production (but laid off) and they really didn't ask much except why I was willing to accept a cut in pay. I wasn't really asked a lot of questions other than could I stand for long hours.

The interview went 'well'....she asked me: why did I apply here, what were my long-term goals in life and company, have you heard about our company, then we went on for a few minutes talking about basic life daily movements, family and the usual other simple blah blah blah!
Do have any issue with working long hours.?
