Here are some of the 'more difficult' questions (for me) that I was asked in the process: 1) Can you give a concrete example of B1 target language for German? (checking didactic knowledge) 2) Where do you see yourself in five years? 3) How important is team work for you and what do you understand by team work? 4) What was your own role in the teams you've worked in so far? 5) How would you tackle the specific constraints and difficulties (e.g., tight deadlines) that come along with this job?
"We dont really have a training program set up to bring you up to speed with your job, due to your lack of experience. So what will you do to get up to speed?"
A lot of stock questions. Why would you be good for this position? where do you see your self in 5 years? also one I thought was cool Would you rather win or not lose?

What was your response when you notice an unsafe act by your colleagues
What position are you looking
How do you see your self in 5 years,. why did you lef your last job.
Q: Do you do well working with others?
