I feel like I may have dodged a bullet on this one and am THANKFUL that interview process took over (2) months to be completely ghosted at the end. If you're talking to the hiring manager for 3.5 hours, team for 2.0 hours, and recruiter for 2+ months follow up with that individual! 1. Why are you interested in Regal Beloit? 2. How would you schedule a production area that is over capacity? 3. Name a time that you've delivered a difficult message that you didn't necessarily agree with. 4. How would you plan production, if a forecast wasn't provided by a customer? 5. Standard diversity and inclusion questions.
