Hardest question was this There are 25 horses. You can race 5 horses at a time in desperate “heats/preliminary runs” You have perfect eye sight to see which horse comes in what order for each heat, but can’t actually time them. Horse speed is consistent throughout. How many races of 5 horses would you need to know with 100% certainty which horses were the 1st, 2nd and 3rd fastest? You have 3 minutes

The interview duration was ~15 minutes, but it was quite intense and fast, and the questions were successive and destabilizing. Some questions were a bit harsh to test your reactions. But I thought they were respectful and professional. In the end, I had the chance to ask some questions and have a brief discussion with the director of the CDI Mr. Boulay. Some of the questions were: Why do you want to do an MBA and what are your future plans? What is your Ph.D. topic and how can we apply it in the real world? I saw in your CV that you were a touristic guide, what does that have to do with anything? If we called your best friend right now and asked about you and your personality what would he say? In your native country, you've done a lot of volunteer work, but now you left your country, so did you stop all your activities? Don't you think if you become a manager in the industry, that would contradict your volunteer work and your work for a better society? Do you plan to stay in France in the long term? What are your qualities and what would you bring to the CDI?
