How hard is it...actually it is a very easy job, just show up at the right place at the right time in the right uniform and your good.
Nothing too difficult, you just have to be able to give extensive background information on employment history and time lines.
Example: What is a R.A.T.? (Ram Air Turbine) and What does it do?
Just basic questions, nothing crazy

I was told by some of the newly hired employees that there was a lot of emphasis on welding on the entry test. There is also a fairly large math section.
Interview questions were typical: What attracted you to King's, Why are you looking to leave your current position; but primarily were centered around the job I would be doing. Mechanical/Electrical experience, certifications, knowledge base, training, etc.
