What previous hands-on experience do you have?
One of the tests was a sheet of paper with about 15 pictures of power tools and other equipment found in machine shops. We were supposed to name each tool and say the purpose of each tool. For example, one of the pictures was of a TIG welder.
A couple of behavioral questions and then mostly back and forth conversation about my experience and seeing how I would fit into the position they were looking to fill.
