The first question they asked me was about my background.
What would you do if you find a mistake in a drawing?
They like to ask questions about authority and processes. Don't question authority or processes in the interview. They love the phrase "disciplined enough to follow processes".
1) how would I design a conference telephone in SolidWorks. 2) if a client ordered a couple dozen conference room telephones, how would I go about the manufacturing and designing process? 3) Rank my least favorite courses I took in college? rank my favorite courses I took in college? 4) come up with a few different ways to reduce deflection in a beam 5) solve a tolerance question including a cotter pin and a flat plate. (provided pen and paper)
